4th of July

Watching the fireworks that Daddy and Uncle Mark were setting off in the front yard of Grandma and Grandpa's house.

At the Denver Zoo. Peyton was screaming "deda" at every animal she saw. That is her word for dog. They really liked the carousel. Mason called it the animal roller coaster.
Here is where Mason threw his sparkler on the ground and almost started a brush fire. I was barefoot so I just took pictures while Uncle Mark sprinted over and stomped out the mini fire.

Meredith, you look so beautiful! Allison told me you're running 4-5 miles while pushing the kids! That's amazing! Keep it up! I'm now looking up to you for inspiration as I am trying to start running again. It's so hard to have a baby and get back in the routine, but I'm going to try to do it. Miss you! Deb

holy crap mar! 4-5 miles a day! you sound like amber...I'm surrounded by running moms and yet here I am eating chocolate chip cookies and watching the king of queens as I wonder why the heck I keep getting so fat?? hahaha. anyway, back to your post - aren't little fires started by your kids just part of the american day fun :) it wouldn't be the 4th without them!
